Which countries do you ship to?

  • We only ship in the US but our goal is to serve internationally.

Do you accept returns?

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I make a change to my order?

  • Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes to that order. 

 

SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY 

Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for non-delivered errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, therefore any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.  We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. 

PROCESSING TIME IS 1 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
 We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again, we are not responsible for a package once it transfers to USPS, it is their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package. If a package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address you must pay a new shipping fee in order for the order to be sent out a 2nd time.

 

Payment

We accept all major Credit Cards. Orders will not ship until payment has been received and cleared. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at ayikoshop@gmail.com and we will get to you within a few business days.
